Note (Lindberg Studios Recommended Rule): For the best experience, defeated Character cards are kept by the player who wins them. This turns the game into a true Trading Card Game—encouraging rematches to try and win back lost cards or grow your collection even more.
Needed for this Game:
Gooblurs character cards (equal number per player)
2 standard die per player (or shared dice)
How to Play — OFFICIAL RULES
👥 PLAYERS - 2+ players
⸻
🎯 OBJECTIVE
Players start with character cards laid face up. On your turn, you attack an opponent’s character using dice. Winning lets you stack cards onto your character—but if you lose a stacked character, you lose everything on it.
🏗️ Setup
Each player takes 4 character cards
Place them face up in a row in front of you
All stacks start empty (no cards on top yet)
Decide first player
🔁 Turn Structure
On your turn:
1. Choose Attacker
Pick one of your character cards to attack with
2. Choose Target
Select one opponent’s character card
3. Roll Dice
Both attacker and defender roll 1 die
⚔️ Battle Rules
Highest roll wins
Tie = defender wins
🏆 If Attacker Wins
The defender’s character card is taken and placed on top of your attacking card as a stack
👉 This creates a “powered-up” character
Example:
Your Gooblur wins 4 battles → now has a stack of 4 cards
💀 If Defender Wins
Nothing changes
Attack fails
Turn ends
⚠️ The Stack Rule (IMPORTANT twist)
If a stacked character is attacked and loses:
👉 The entire stack is taken by the winner
Example:
Your character has 4 stacked cards
Opponent attacks and wins
They take ALL 4 cards at once
🔄 Turn Rotation
Play moves clockwise
One attack per turn
🏁 How to Win
You win when:
You collect all opponent cards
